Curtain Walls
Conventional System
SAFC’s conventional curtain wall systems are engineered for reliability and design versatility. Built with high-performance aluminum framing, this stick-built solution is assembled on-site — allowing greater control over sequencing, alignment, and interface coordination.
Designed to withstand harsh weather conditions and maintain long-term structural integrity, this system accommodates a variety of glazing and infill options, making it ideal for projects that demand performance without compromising architectural freedom.
Structural System
SAFC’s structural curtain wall systems are designed to deliver a sleek, frameless appearance while maintaining the strength and efficiency required in demanding projects. By minimizing visible aluminum profiles, this system maximizes daylight penetration and elevates the exterior design with a clean, contemporary finish.
The glass is either structurally bonded using high-performance silicone or mechanically secured with concealed brackets — ensuring a seamless façade without compromising on weather performance, structural integrity, or maintainability.
With Sun Breaker
SAFC integrates aluminum sun breakers into its curtain wall systems to optimize solar shading, improve energy efficiency, and elevate façade performance. These elements are engineered to reduce solar heat gain, regulate interior temperatures, and enhance occupant comfort — all while adding architectural rhythm and depth to the building envelope.
Available in fixed or operable designs, SAFC’s sun breakers are tailored to suit each project’s environmental, aesthetic, and performance requirements.
Point Support Glazing
SAFC’s point-supported glazing system is engineered for architectural spaces that demand openness, transparency, and modern elegance. Glass panels are mechanically fixed at precise points using spider fittings or bolted assemblies, supported by minimal substructures such as tension rods or steel frames.
This system reduces visible framing to an absolute minimum, offering a clean, light-filled aesthetic while maintaining structural safety and performance.
Unitized System
Unitized systems consist of prefabricated curtain wall panels fully assembled in a factory and transported to the site for quick installation. This method enhances quality control, reduces on-site labor, and significantly shortens the installation timeline.
Main Advantage: Factory precision with rapid on-site installation
Typical Components: Mullions, transoms, glazing, gaskets, anchors
Performance Benefits: Superior air and water tightness, enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation
Applications: Ideal for high-rise buildings, airports, and commercial complexes
